This provides the most ideal conditions for scientific studies and research. It is also abundant in traditional art and folklore, which is the basis of interesting and unique creations of local craftsmanship, textile designing, and many other traditional creations and performances. The situation is different from the 1960s and 70s with more local creativity, manufacturing activity, establishment of research institutions and universities, the emergence of more local artists and writers, recording studios, privately owned radio stations and so on.
